Once you’ve arrived at VITAL, you can locate our self-service drop-off box underneath the community board. Take one order form for every pair of shoes you want to repair. Follow the instructions printed on the paper order form.
Select the number of shoes you need repaired and indicate which need toe caps via drop down boxes below. If you are unsure if you need toe caps we recommend selecting "Toe caps only if needed". We will refund you if toe caps are not needed.
